grounded gatherings
On July 13th, we held our first gathering on the island of Mustikkamaa, Helsinki. First, we set up our mobile kitchen artifact, which we built out of leftover materials to accommodate our meal preparation. Shortly after that, our group arrived, whom we got to know, and with whom we shared knowledge about edible plants growing ours us.
Together, we explored our surroundings with a foraging walk, tasted seasonal flavours, and reflected upon it collectively.
