Discovering what the medows and forest had to offer. Throughout the week we gathered meadowsweet and wild strawberries, infused syrups with Japanese rose and cowslip, picked yellow rocket, sorrel, chickweed, ground elder and fireweed and many more for edible delights at the TUO TUO summer cafe.
